Comments: Two Blacksburg neighbors care for this old oak that is believed to be 300 - 400 years old. Based on its open-grown character, it is likely the tree dates to the time that Blacksburg was called Drapers Meadow. According to tradition, this was one of four old oaks that grew in a line.
