Comments: This tree is located in the Back Creek section of Pulaski County on Bill and Irene Kegley's dairy farm. I first found out about this tree when I was in high school and involved in FFA forestry judging. It has visibly died more each time I've been back over the last 20 years. I remember an article in our local Southwest Times around the time I was in high school or college, noting that the tree was aged by a professional tree company, and it was something like 600 years old! The tree is around 6 feet DBH and you can see it has quite a spread.
