Comments: This is a large, beautiful oak tree said to be almost 300 years old. The estate is 75 acres south of the James River and contains a 5 acre lake and Manor House designed in 1932 by renowned Richmond architect W. Duncan Lee. It is said that Mr. Lee designed the entire rear portion of the house and grounds with the tree being the focal point.
