Common Name: white oak
Scientific Name: Quercus alba

Comments: This tree is the second largest white oak in the state and country. The tree must have been a major campground for American Indians. My grandfather had jars full of arrow heads he found in the field around the tree. The tree is rumored to be over 900 years old.
