    • How it starts

    • Endangering houses and cities
    • Hurting animals and their habitats
    • Pollutes air
    • USFS policy was to have all fires out within 24 hours. What that caused
  3. When is it good?
    • Enhances species survival (i.e. sequoias and longleaf pine)
    • Reduces fuel build up
    • Rx burns- prevent unexpected fires from getting out of control

Conclusion: Even though fire can be dangerous and take lives. It has been a part of nature for hundreds of years, and it can be healthy for nature and beneficial for all.
