How To Evaluate the Aftermath

CTR is a balancing act. Removing too few competitors, may result in little ro no growth response. Remove too many neighbors may result in excessive epicormic sprouts, increased chances of wind snap, or increased ice damage. Consider CRT as a multi-year process. Release some, sit back and watch your crop trees grow, and release some more next year if needed. Be sure to send your success stories, failures, and pictures to Jennifer Gagnon
